Wholehearted congratulations to water researchers across the REACH team at Oxford and their partners across the world on winning the Vice Chancellor's Research Engagement Award. The award's ceremony took place on the 8th of May.

REACH have been recognised for how they have enriched their research through engaging with those outside the University, for the benefits of wider society, improving water security for over 10 million people in South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Check out their Stories of Change documenting the impact REACH's work is having in different places. You can also listen to Professor Katrina Charles on the Fire and Wire podcast, hosted by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Irene Tracey, where she talks about her experience with the REACH Programme. Don't miss a chance to visit the Fair Water? exhibition depicting the work done by REACH. The exhibition is hosted by the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. It will run until 1 September 2024, with lots of exciting events planned. See the links below for more information or check out the museum’s events page.
