This week at Singapore International Water Week, Professor Katrina Charles presented at the Water Convention as part of the programme on climate change and water quality. She emphasised the complexity of the relationship between water quality and climate change, and the need to manage water quality to build climate resilience. She also highlighted the key areas to improve data for decision-making, such as the recognition of changing risks, including behavioural ones, and the ability to aggregate data.
Sincere congratulations to Li Ann Ong from REACH | Water Security for winning to Overall Best Student Poster award for her work with UNICEF Bangladesh on rethinking water service indicators for healthcare facilities.
