Arvin Yaneza’s work has focused on the delivery and management of large-scale urban water infrastructure projects in the Philippines. From 2020 to 2024, he worked at one of the country’s largest private water utilities, where he worked across water supply, reuse, and sanitation investments. His responsibilities combined technical oversight, program management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
A central component of his work was a US$12 million water reuse project, managing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating contractors and consultants. In parallel, he supported more than ten large-scale infrastructure projects with a combined value exceeding US$200 million, contributing to project controls, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring.
Arvin also conducted technical due diligence and contract reviews for capital projects, strengthening procurement decisions and long-term asset sustainability. To improve delivery outcomes, he implemented and introduced continuous improvement measures, including equipment standardization and schematic redesigns. These initiatives contributed to improved asset lifecycles and significant cost savings, reflecting practical experience in advancing efficiency and resilience in urban water systems.
