Emily has an educational background in environmental engineering and a professional background in government consulting. In consulting, she supported various national and international government clients in strategic implementation and expansion work. She played a key role in a $400M water sanitation and hygiene contract, where she coordinated with internal and external stakeholders to pursue WASH strategy and implementation projects. She has also worked with Auckland, New Zealand's local government on a sports park project, analysing water usage and maintenance data to identify opportunities for improved capital investment. Emily looks to pursue strategic implementation and policy work after Oxford in the water consulting sector.
